  • How do I prepare for my Curly hair appointment?
    Arrive with CLEAN AND COMPLETELY DRY (lightly styled) hair. So your curl pattern is addressed in natural form, free from kinks caused by pins or elastics. Keep an open mind to embrace your natural beauty, we are here to support you! Provide detailed styling, product and lifestyle information. You will be educated throughout the service on any new changes to maintain. Each visit is tailored to your curls, please plan to spend at least 2 hours with your stylist (average services are 90 mins) We understand you are busy, if your hair does not meet our consultation standard - additional wash & style will be added to your service.
  • Are walk - ins accepted?
    Yes, though you may need to wait for the next available time slot or stylist. If you call ahead we'd be happy to ensure a stylist is available to see you or schedule you for our first available appointment.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Please call the salon or email management@saltcitycurlco.com 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Yes, any cancellation made after 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No-Show fees are 60% of the service. We value your time and will work with you to the best of our ability. Our stylist's time must be compensated for. Thank you
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the nature of our business, we do not refund products or any services. We appreciate your business, the labor and supply costs are built into service pricing so we will not honor refunds. We do offer complimentary service to correct, fix or alter your look and style to your preferred and desired result. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Can I arrive early for my appointment?
    Feel free to come early, stay late, bring a book and relax our seating areas with complementary beverages and Wi-Fi.
  • I am running late, what can I do?
    We ask that you try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will accommodate you to our best ability. If other appointments need to be addressed, we will communicate this to you.
  • Do I need an appointment to buy product?
    No, feel free to drop in anytime during our normal operating hours. Ask our stylist which one will be right for you!
